Patient had moderate staining on upper teeth. Pre-treated with whitening trays and patient had one hour in-office whitening.  Whiter teeth by 8 shades!

Patient had four single anterior implants to restore missing teeth.

Closing ugly spaces can be done in a variety of ways. These include:

• Orthodontics - This moves the teeth together and usually requires a retainer to keep the teeth from returning to the original position.
• Veneers - Laboratory Veneers are discussed in this smile gallery but these porcelain coverings are bonded to the teeth to close the space.
• Composite Bonding - This in-office procedure can be done to close the space also. It has advantages and disadvantages. While less costly than the first two methods mentioned, it is also susceptible to staining, easier fracture, and has to be replaced more often than veneers.

Removal of amalgam/silver fillings and replacement with natural tooth colored fillings.
